By accessing and using Aegis Compare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Aegis Compare provides a web-based, local-first data diffing and reconciliation engine. While we strive for absolute precision in our diff algorithms, you are solely responsible for validating the output before applying results to production systems or mission-critical datasets.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address for authentication purposes.
• You are responsible for the legality of the data you process on your local machine using our software.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the WebAssembly modules or proprietary UI components.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aegis Compare is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
